This is a great way to use up extra radishes. The lemon flavor mellows the spicy bite of the radish, making it easier to eat a bunch at once. I found this at Just Vegetables
1/2 cup Lemon juice
1/2 cup Salad oil
2 Tbsp Minced chives
2 Tbsp Minced parsley
1 tsp Tamarind
1/4 tsp Pepper
4 cup Thinly sliced radishes
Mix all ingredients together well & refrigerate till ready to serve.
